Hello, Sorry but if you don't login about 30 days, your account will get inactive status and inactive accounts may be reset. That's why your balance is 0. There is a rule on our TOS: 1.8. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, memberships, points, referrals and advertising credits. For security reasons we do not remove accounts.
